Premium Sofas is commited to providing a high level of customer service and support. We will go out of our way to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchase and enjoy their experience with us. Should you encounter any problems we will do our best to iron them out; we welcome customer feedback that allows us to improve our levels of service.
Returns and Refund Policy.
The customer has the right to return any goods within 7 days of delivery. If the goods are returned before the carriers leave then a standard one-way return cost of £65 will apply unless the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival. If the goods are for whatever reason retained by the customer then an additional carriage charge of £65 will apply for the carriers to revisit to collect the goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect goods on arrival to check for damage and to sign the delivery note accordingly. Goods must be returned in the same state as they were when they were delivered. If the goods have been removed from the packaging, they must be repacked accordingly. In most cases we can arrange for the goods to be repacked by the collecting carrier.
Refunds will be authorised once the goods have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
Goods remain the property of Premium Sofas until paid for in full.
Premium Sofas guarantees all goods delivered for any manufacturing fault for a period of 12 months from purchase.
Payment Security
We currently use Sage Pay as a means of card security which is encrypted over a secure server so that no other party, including ourselves has access to credit or debit card details. If payments are made over the phone, the card details are likewise kept private and removed from our data base once the transactions have been completed.
Privacy Policy
We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No detailed customer information will be used for any purpose other than the purchase, delivery and repair of goods. We may use systems to track general customer behaviour to our site.
The use of this website and the purchase of any goods is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print and keep a copy for your reference. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at anytime without notice to you. Please do not assume the same terms apply in the future. Access to this website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
